Monday, I called and spoke
with a lady in
North
Carolina about quickly ordering an “Always a Princess” rocking
chair. She kindly called and found out that the chair could be
delivered in time for my daughter’s birthday party scheduled for the
following weekend. I am truly appreciative of her help and courteous
communication! The chair arrived as scheduled and was a big hit, not
only for my daughter and her friends, but with my neighbors and with
the other moms. I let them know I ordered it through

wanted
to
give
you some positive feedback on
the
items I
ordered. I sent my newborn cousin the personalized ladybug print
and I just got a call from her mother thanking me for making such
a beautiful and thoughtful gift with her daughters name on it.
Also not too long ago I ordered another personalized print for my other
cousin back in September and they also adored it. You have a wonderful

week I
called your company in
desperate search of the
Picci Debbie crib set. I had ordered this bedding set from other
companies several times...only to learn several days after having
placed the order that they were out of stock and that the set wouldn’t
be in until the end of January. This was a problem for me since I am
due in early December.When Anna picked up the phone, she was pleasant,
eager to help and
patiently listened to my situation (pregnant mommies-to-be can get very
stressed over things like linens). Your website showed that the bedding
set was in stock...but I was dubious considering my experiences with
several other companies. So I asked Anna if she could double check that
it was in fact in stock. She easily agreed to walk over to the
warehouse and ensure that it was in fact there.....and could be mine if
I was still interested. I appreciate Anna going above and beyond to
help me out and make me a
very happy customer. Her pleasant demeanor and willingness to help have

received the order for my son's room, 3 letters that spell 'MAX'. In my order, I had
asked for braille to be added. NEVER did I think this would
happen and I did not realize that anyone was going to do this. As
I looked at the 'X', I noticed the braille cell. It almost
brought tears to my eyes. You guys are so awesome for this and
brought a smile to my blind, 4 year olds face so that he could better
understand what was going up in this room. I wish more people
would go that far to make these special little people's day!!!
