What is the status of my order?

Many of our products are handcrafted and custom made to order. The estimated production time associated with each item can be found on the product detail page, next to “Availability”. If the allotted time has elapsed, please feel free to contact our Customer Care team at customercare@rosenberryrooms.com so that we may provide you with an update on your order.  For faster service, please have your order number handy.

I was charged but my order hasn't shipped, why?

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do charge at the time your order is placed.

Is express shipping available?

Yes, we do offer express shipping on many items. If you would like your order express shipped and the product you have ordered qualifies for express shipping, the option will be available under the shipping method drop down menu during checkout. Please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@rosenberryrooms.com if you have any questions.

Do you offer fabric swatches and furniture finish samples?

Yes!  Please visit our Rosenberry Rooms Swatch Request page to order samples, or feel free contact our Customer Care team at 1-877-214-6875 to process your request.

Do you have any stores where I can see your products in person?

Yes, our store is located in Raleigh, North Carolina.  Please visit us at 709 Hillsborough Street to shop or for a complimentary design consultation.

Do you offer a trade discount to designers?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, most of our products can be shipped internationally, with the exception of furniture. Shipping charges will automatically calculate during the checkout process, and our Customer Care Team is also happy to assist you with any questions.

Do I have to pay taxes and duties on my international order?

Yes, customs fees, taxes and duties vary per country, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Do you offer design consultations?

Yes, we offer complimentary design consultations by phone, email, or in person at our store in Raleigh, NC! Please contact our sales team at customercare@rosenberryrooms.com for more information.
