Will I receive an order confirmation via email?

If you provide your email address during order processing, we will send you a message confirming your order within 24 hours of placement.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal, cashier's checks and wire transfers. You can also use Bill Me Later with your PayPal account.

Do you charge sales tax?

Rosenberry Rooms only charges sales tax on orders shipped to a North Carolina address.

What shipping options are available?

Rosenberry Rooms uses FedEx and UPS to ship most items. Oversized items, such as large furniture pieces, require extra care in shipping and are handled by an In-Home Delivery Service. When placing an order for a large item, you will be given the option of choosing Standard Delivery or Premier Delivery. Please click here to read more about these delivery options.

Express shipping is also available on many items. If you would like your order express-shipped, and the product you have ordered qualifies for express shipping, this option will be available during checkout. Please contact our Customer Care department at customercare@rosenberryrooms.com if you have any questions.

Can I ship a large furniture item to a shipping address outside of the 48 contiguous United States?

We ship internationally with the exception of large furniture items. To read more about international shipping, please click here.

Order Status

What is the status of my order?

US Order Status

Your order becomes available for status-tracking 24 hours after it is placed. You can track your order status online by visiting the Order Status section on the Customer Care page of our site. You will need your order number and email address.

You can also call us at (877) 214-6875 during our normal business hours and we would be happy to check your order status for you.

International Orders

Can my order be shipped internationally?

Yes, most of our products can be shipped internationally, with the exception of furniture. Shipping charges will automatically calculate during the checkout process, and our Customer Care Team is also happy to assist you with any questions.

Do you ship furniture items internationally?

We are unable to arrange for freight shipments of large furniture items outside of the 48 contiguous states.

How will I know how much my order will cost?

When an order is placed for shipment outside the 48 contiguous states, we will contact you via e-mail if the actual shipping fee is different than what is quoted at checkout. If you receive such notice, your approval is required before the order is processed.

How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?

Any applicable duties or taxes imposed by the international destination country will be billed directly to the recipient. Rosenberry Rooms does not collect money on anyone’s behalf for taxes or duties.

Are your lighting fixtures compatible with all electrical outlets?

For international orders that include lighting items, we recommend that you contact our Customer Care department prior to placing your order to ensure the lighting selected is compatible with the wiring in your country of residence. Most lighting products we offer are wired for use in North America, Mexico, and South America, and many of our lighting designers can rewire for use in other countries if requested in advance.

How is furniture delivered?

Why is there a Delivery Surcharge for some items?

Some larger items, such as heavy furniture pieces, are shipped via Freight and have a handling fee associated with them. This handling fee is referred to as a Delivery Surcharge and is clearly stated on the product pages for such items.
