handcrafted and custom made to order. The estimated
production time associated with each item can be found
on the product detail page, next to “Availability”. If
the allotted time has elapsed, please feel free to

so that we may provide you with an update on your

was charged but my order hasn't shipped, why?
Due to the custom nature
of many of our products, we do charge at the time your
order is placed.

express shipping available?
Yes, we do offer express
shipping on many items. If you would like your order
express shipped and the product you have ordered
qualifies for express shipping, the option will be
available under the shipping method drop down menu

you ship internationally?
Yes, most of our products
can be shipped internationally, with the exception of
furniture. Shipping charges will automatically
calculate during the checkout process, and our

and duties vary per country, and are the
