Made-to-order items are custom made especially for you when you place your order. These items take longer to ship since they will be painted, personalized, built or sewn to meet your exact specifications.
Rosenberry Rooms uses FedEx and UPS to ship most items. Oversized items, such as large furniture pieces, require extra care in shipping and are handled by an In-Home Delivery Service. When placing an order for a large item, you will be given the option of choosing Standard Delivery or Premier Delivery.
Items that are shipped using the Standard Delivery Service are placed inside the main threshold of your home or building. Because these large items are bulky and heavy and require special consideration, the cost to ship them is much higher than for other items. Therefore, these items have a delivery surcharge associated with them, in addition to the regular delivery charges. The Standard Delivery Surcharge will be clearly stated under Home Delivery Options in the product page. Generally, Standard Delivery via an In-Home Delivery Service takes 2-4 weeks for freight transit (in addition to the standard lead time for the item being delivered).
The Premier Delivery Service (also called "White Glove Delivery") consists of placement of the item in the room of your choice, unpacking the item, assembly, and bundling of the packaging debris. Premier Delivery is available to you at an additional charge. The Premier Delivery Surcharge will be clearly stated under Home Delivery Options in the product page. Please note that due to the extra care and handling involved with our Premier Delivery service, the shipping time may be extended up to 1-2 weeks beyond standard shipping times.
Shipping times will vary based on the ship-to address. Please make us aware of any specific arrangements needed to gain access to your residence such as spiral staircases, ferry transportation, freight elevator appointments, or additionally insured building insurance, as additional fees or surcharges may apply.
