The Janie Dress was inspired by smocked dresses from the late 1960s. When the tie belt is used, the plentiful fabric draws in to create a very full skirt. Dress can also be worn without the belt for a billowy feel. The floral button echoes the look of an old brooch from Nanna's jewelry box.
