The ticking is a nontoxic, medical grade knit that is waterproof, hypoallergenic, and easily cleaned with a damp sponge. Nature’s Star mattresses offer a 6" deep profile and come with a all-in-one organic cotton coverlet.
The coverlet is made with premium organic cotton fabric and has a tailored fit that will encase the top, bottom and sides of the mattress. A zipper wraps partially around the outside edge of the dropped seams allowing for easy removal. Machine washable and dryer safe. All-in-One coverlet is made from USDA certified organic cotton grown without use of pesticides or chemical fertilization.
